At Aura Nature, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Please contact our customer service team at info@auranatur.com before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return details.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
  • Products that have been opened, used, washed, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • All items must be sent together in one parcel.
  • Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method and include your order number.
  • Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return once opened, including skincare products, hair oils, or personal care items.
Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email info@auranatur.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel quickly, email info@auranatur.com with your order number right after checkout.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Return Shipping Address

All approved returns will be shipped to our designated return facility.
Please email info@auranatur.com to receive the correct return address and form before sending your parcel.

Important Note

Please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as a “Return” on the shipping form to avoid customs delays.
