1. Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment network. We currently deliver within the United States only.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing them.
Once processing begins, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.

5. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow up to 1– 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

7. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@auranatur.com  within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item so our support team can assist you promptly.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Aura Nature currently ships within the United States only.

10. Are your products safe for all skin and hair types?

Our products are formulated for general cosmetic use.
They are not medical treatments and results may vary by individual.
If you have sensitive skin, please perform a small patch test before regular use.
